Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor Faces Renewed Scrutiny in Latest Epstein Files Release

The latest release of Jeffrey Epstein’s files has put former Prince Andrew, now stripped of royal titles, back in the spotlight over his past association with the late financier.

Undated images show Andrew leaning over a woman on the floor in circumstances that remain unclear. The documents also include emails suggesting he invited Epstein for a private dinner at Buckingham Palace in 2010, two years after Epstein’s conviction for soliciting a minor for prostitution. Other correspondence references meetings with a 26-year-old Russian woman arranged by Epstein.

Andrew has consistently denied any wrongdoing. He stepped back from royal duties in 2019 following public criticism of his friendship with Epstein and later lost his HRH style and prince title.

The files further reveal interactions involving British socialite Ghislaine Maxwell and Andrew’s former wife Sarah Ferguson. Ferguson appears to have thanked Epstein for his support in 2009, and Epstein was invited to Andrew’s 50th birthday at St James’s Palace in 2010, though he declined.

These documents come after President Donald Trump approved the release of over three million pages, 2,000 videos, and 180,000 images related to Epstein, following pressure to comply with the Epstein Files Transparency Act.

While the files highlight connections between Epstein and numerous prominent figures, none have been accused of criminal wrongdoing in the latest disclosures. Andrew remains under scrutiny, particularly over past allegations, which he has denied, including a civil settlement with Virginia Giuffre in 2022.

The release renews global attention on Epstein’s network and the relationships of high-profile individuals with the disgraced financier.
