Aaron’s health challenges come after a remarkable personal milestone: earlier this year, he shared that he had lost 200 pounds, dropping from 575 lbs to 375 lbs through intermittent fasting and exercise. He credited his wife, Margarita, whom he married in December 2024, with helping him overcome depression and supporting his health journey.
