Newly unsealed Jeffrey Epstein files have shed light on interactions between the disgraced financier and Kimbal Musk, the younger brother of Elon Musk.
Emails from 2012, highlighted in screenshots shared on social media by AF Post, show exchanges between Epstein’s then-executor Boris Nikolic and Kimbal Musk. In one email, Nikolic warned Musk to be “very nice” to a redacted woman, noting that Epstein “goes crazy when someone mistreats his girls/friends.” Kimbal replied, thanking both Nikolic and Epstein for connecting him with the woman and later noted that he was “very happy with my time so far with Jennifer” and that she “was great.” Epstein was CCed on both messages.
The emails suggest Kimbal Musk was acquainted with Epstein and Nikolic and spent time with one of Epstein’s associates. It is not known whether the woman referenced was among Epstein’s victims.
Kimbal Musk is an entrepreneur, restaurateur, and food activist. He owns The Kitchen Restaurant Group, co-founded the nonprofit Big Green, and has held leadership roles at Chipotle and SpaceX. He also co-founded Nova Sky Stories, a light drone technology company, and previously co-founded Square Roots, an urban farming initiative.

Musk’s personal life has also drawn attention; he was married to Jen Lewin, with whom he has two children, and later married environmental activist Christiana Wyly in 2018.
The emails add to a growing number of documents highlighting Epstein’s connections to high-profile figures across business and philanthropy, though no allegations of criminal wrongdoing have been made against Kimbal Musk.
