Vivian Wilson backs authenticity of 2013 emails between Elon Musk and Jeffrey Epstein, confirming Musk’s holiday location as supporters urge her to stay safe.
Vivian Wilson — the estranged daughter of Elon Musk — publicly confirmed a key detail from the Justice Department’s newly released Epstein files, adding fuel to the growing controversy surrounding her father’s past communications with Jeffrey Epstein.
The DOJ’s massive document dump on Friday included 3.5 million files, among them email exchanges contradicting Musk’s previous statements about refusing Epstein’s invitations to his private island, Little Saint James.
One 2013 email showed Musk telling Epstein he would be “in the St Bart’s area over the holidays” and asking if there was a “good time to visit.” Epstein responded the same day, saying he would “send heli for you.” The island of Saint Barthélemy is less than 140 miles from Epstein’s property.
Wilson took to Threads on Sunday to confirm the timeline:
“I can confirm we were in St Barth’s at the time specified in the emails, and therefore I believe they are authentic.”
She criticized Musk for trying to dismiss the messages as being taken “out of context,” writing that she learned about the emails “at the same time as y’all.” Supporters quickly urged her to “protect” herself as the revelations spread online.
The new documents also undermine another Musk claim — that Epstein “never toured” a SpaceX facility. An email from 2013 included Epstein thanking Musk “for the tour.”
With the DOJ’s files continuing to surface and Wilson stating she will corroborate any additional information she learns, the spotlight on Musk’s dealings with Epstein is intensifying once again.
