Victoria Beckham Breaks Social Media Silence Amid Son Brooklyn’s Family Feud

Victoria Beckham has returned to social media for the first time since her son Brooklyn Beckham publicly addressed a family feud, accusing his parents of trying to control narratives in the press and interfere in his relationship with wife Nicola Peltz Beckham.

On Instagram Stories, the fashion designer shared a heartfelt birthday tribute to fellow Spice Girl Emma Bunton, posting a throwback photo of the pair with the caption: “Happy birthday @emmaleebunton. I love you so much!!” She also shared a clip from the 1996 hit “Say You’ll Be There”, writing, “Happy birthday Baby. Kisses xxx.”

Victoria and Emma have remained close friends since the Spice Girls split in 2001, consistently supporting each other through personal and professional milestones. Even though Victoria skipped the group’s 2019 reunion tour, she shared a message of encouragement: “Good luck to the girls today as they start their tour!”

Her post comes just two days after Brooklyn, 26, broke his silence in a detailed Instagram statement about the family feud. Brooklyn claimed he has been silenced for years while his parents allegedly tried to manipulate media narratives and undermine his marriage. He described incidents including wedding-day disruptions, attempts to control his legal rights, and ongoing interference in his and Nicola’s personal life.

Brooklyn stated:
“I have been silent for years and made every effort to keep these matters private. Unfortunately, my parents and their team have continued to go to the press, leaving me with no choice but to speak for myself. I do not want to reconcile with my family. I’m standing up for myself for the first time in my life.”

He accused his parents of prioritizing the Beckham brand and public image over family relationships, saying that stepping away from them has brought him relief from years of anxiety. Brooklyn concluded that he and his wife simply want “peace, privacy and happiness for us and our future family.”

Victoria’s social media tribute, while lighthearted and celebratory, comes at a tense time for the Beckham family as the public feud continues to unfold.
